			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Here are the latest statistics published by the Bank of France in December 2008</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Total debt records filed with the committee secretariats of indebtedness from January 2004 to December 2008 amounted to more than 926,000 or 185,000 records enmoyenne indebtedness filed per year.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The number of filings is up 3% in 2008 and will évidemmment much more important in 2009 given the number of unemployed continues to rise.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Of the 926,000 cases of indebtedness filed since 2004, 780,000 cases have been deemed admissible and 460,000 plans have been accepted on the same period.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">710,000 households are currently in debt relief in December 2008.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The average debt per case is 38500 euros. Indebtedness arising from mortgages (present in 8% of cases) is an average of 76,900 euros.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For short-term loans, the average amounts of 17,600 euros and up 52% of cases of indebtedness.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For a record of indebtedness to be admissible, it is necessary to complete it correctly and to show good faith.</p>
